VV Foundation extends its warmest congratulations to ASNI and ALMA galleries, who are representing Latvia at Artissima 2025, taking place from 30 October to 2 November in Turin, Italy. ALMA presents works by Krišs Salmanis and Sarmīte Māliņa, while ASNI showcases Agate Tūna’s project Voltentitāte.
Participation in Artissima marks an important step in the bringing Latvian galleries to the international art scene. We wish ALMA, ASNI, and their represented artists the best of luck at the fair!
In May 2025, Artissima’s Artistic Director Luigi Fassi visited Riga as part of the VV Foundation Visitors Programme. During the visit, he and other guests had the opportunity to explore Latvia’s art scene, including visits to ALMA and ASNI galleries. The galleries subsequent participation in Artissima 2025 highlights the positive international impact of the Foundation’s Visitors Programme on the Latvian contemporary art sector.
