Anu Vahtra & Lieven Lahaye
1982; 1985, Estonia, Belgium
Anu Vahtra (b. 1982, Estonia) is an artist working in photography and installation. Her work is closely linked to the exhibition format and architectural specifics of the space. Vahtra’s installations are ephemeral and site-sensitive, transforming the viewer’s perception and memory. Often described as a form of analytical archaeology, her practice unites spatial intervention with conceptual precision.
Lieven Lahaye (b. 1985, Belgium) is an artist and publisher interested in ephemeral information and amateur practices. He produces printed matter, objects, texts and performances, often through the lens of cataloging and reactivation. Since 2016, Lahaye has been publishing Catalog, a serial publication designed by Ott Metusala.
