VV Foundation is pleased to support the launch of the first publication by the creative collective “Fabula” — Relational Landscapes: Navigation,  to be released on 20 May. Bringing together artistic research, ecological thinking, and collective learning practices, the publication reflects a growing interest in new forms of relationality between humans, environments, and more-than-human worlds. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and experimental approaches to knowledge-sharing, the project resonates with VV Foundation’s commitment to supporting contemporary cultural initiatives that foster dialogue, attentiveness, and alternative ways of engaging with the world.

The bilingual (LV+ENG) publication brings together guided practices by eight authors, inviting readers to engage relationally with the living world. From deconstructing landscapes of a shovel to drawing in water, these practices open pathways into embodied curiosity and attentive ways of knowing.

“Fabula” works with interdisciplinary projects that connect design, ecology, social participation, and pedagogy. The collective’s projects, including this publication, explore contemporary ways of rethinking the relationship between humans and nature.

We invite you to join the launch party at the cultural space “Smilga”, E. Smiļģa iela 34A, Rīga, on Wednesday, May 20, at 19:00.
