Līga Spunde (1990, Latvia) is a new generation multimedia artist, whose works are based on absurd and supernatural, which occurs in daily events, relations and observations, and whose works is often completely personal retelling of a story, which urges the viewer to doubt the objective and subjective truths. The works of Līga Spunde have been nominated for Purvītis Prize several times.
