Latvian Performance Art Center and VV Foundation invite you to the international performance art festival “Starptelpa,” which this year will be held  from June 13th to June 18th in various locations in Riga.

With the support of the VV Foundation, the performances of the emerging artists will be evaluated by an international panel of art experts, aiming to award a cash prize of 2000 EUR to the creators of the three most promising works. In addition, they will have the opportunity to live and work at the “PAiR” residency in Pāvilosta for a month, collaborating to create a new performance.

The diverse and packed program of the festival will offer two workshops, an international scientific symposium on “Collaborative Authorship in Performative Arts,” a concert by the group “Gents,” and 57 performances.
