Nimeta (Mees)

In the middle of a muddy field is a stake, tethered to which, by a long piece of thin white bandage, is a man who is naked except for a large pair of old leather boots. The tether is tied to the man’s penis and testacles which are pulled backwards through the mans legs and are therefore no longer visible from the front, apart from some pubic hair. He trudges, slowly, painfully in circles defined by the length of the tether, as at the same time can be heard the loud creaking sound of a traditional wooden swing. He is a man desexed by his condition, his environment and culture – sadly comic but pitiful.
